Panzanella with kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes in a light blend of garlic, lemon juice, sauteed shrimp and olive oil and placed on crostini.
CRAB CAKES – $17
Three crab cakes fried and served with housemade remoulade sauce over a bed of lettuce with a lemon wedge on the side.
GATOR PUPPIES – $9
Minced alligator with shallots, celery, breaded and deep fried.
GATOR’S NEST – $13
Creole fries topped with six gator puppies and drizzled with our house remoulade sauce.
CRAB DIP – $15
Creamy blend of cheese, crab meat, jalapeños and our very own spice mix. Served with toasted baguettes.

VOODOO ENTREE SALAD – $7

KETTLE ENTREES
Each dish is cooked to order in our signature seafood stock with garlic, shallots, Cajun seasonings, and the Cajun Holy Trinity of onion, celery and red & green bell peppers. Served with white rice and remoulade VooDoo toast. For each entree, choose your cayenne pepper heat from “0” to “10.” Sub dirty rice for ($.75). Add 6 shrimp to any entree for only $3.

CHICKEN & SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA – $16
The legendary Cajun rice dish.
CAJUN BLACKENED TILAPIA – $17 Tilapia cooked with our blend of spices, served on a bed of rice, smothered in creamy creole shrimp sauce and served with a side of broccoli.
SOUTHERN STYLE ETOUFFEE – $17
The French word for “smothered.” We smother shrimp and crawfish tails in a rich tomato-based vegetable stew.
SHRIMP & GRITS – $15
Shrimp and Tasso ham cooked in a creamy butter sauce on a bed of white cheddar cheese grits.
VOODOO PASTA – $16
Shrimp and chicken cooked in a savory shrimp and lobster bisque with green onions and mushrooms, seasoned with Cajun spices and tossed with a bed of pasta.
PASTALAYA – $16
Same legendary Cajun dish but with pasta instead of rice.
RED BEANS & RICE – $15
Simmered red beans and smoked Andouille sausage are served on a bed of your choice of white or dirty rice, garnished with green onions and grilled Andouille sausage.
CAJUN BAKED CHICKEN – $15
Juicy baked chicken thighs rubbed with Voodoo Daddy’s Cajun seasoning. Served on a melody of tomato, onion, cucumber and black beans. Served with tzatziki.

Served with Creole fries & coleslaw. Add six fried shrimp for $3.00. Add grilled or blackened chicken for $1.00
CATFISH PLATTER – $16
Lightly breaded in our Cajun-style breading and deep fried. A truly unique, sweet-tasting catfish. Served with tartar sauce and ketchup.
SHRIMP PLATTER – $15
Buttermilk-marinated shrimp, lightly breaded Cajun style and deep fried. Served with cocktail sauce.
CATFISH & SHRIMP PLATTER – $19
The best of both – combined! Served with cocktail sauce.
CHICKEN STRIPS PLATTER – $15
Cajun-seasoned, buttermilk-marinated chicken strips lightly breaded in our Cajun breading and deep fried.

PO’BOYS & BURGERS
Served on lightly toasted artisan bread with your choice of Creole fries, housemade coleslaw, soup of the day, or green salad. Substitute any side for an additional $1.50. Add grilled or blackened chicken for $1.00
JERK CHICKEN PO’BOY – $14
Chicken marinated in a blend of peppers, fruits and spices, then slow roasted and topped with lettuce, tomato and aioli mayo.
FRIED CHICKEN PO’BOY – $14
Fried chicken with pickle chips and remoulade sauce on a toasted bun. Served naked or tossed in VooDoo hot sauce.
SHRIMP PO’BOY – $16
Fried or blackened shrimp topped with our remoulade sauce, lettuce and tomato.
CATFISH PO’BOY – $15
Cajun-style breaded catfish is deep fried, then topped with lettuce, tomato and remoulade sauce.
BUCCANEER BURGER – $16
Grilled half pound lean beef dusted with Cajun dust, topped with peppers, jack cheese, Applewood bacon, jalapeños and smothered in BBQ sauce. For $2 extra.
CAJUN BURGER – $16
Grilled half pound all beef patty, topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles and drizzled with Cajun remoulade sauce.
CRAWFISH ROLL – $14
Fresh crawfish salad stuffed into a toasted split-top bun. Like a lobster roll but “Cajun style.”
CRAB CAKE SANDWICH – $14
